Dogs are always welcome at our hotel, but unfortunately they are not permitted in the restaurant or any of the communal areas. The cost for their stay is €10.00 per day.

Our breakfast buffet is served from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in the dining room and offers a wide selection of sweet and savoury delicacies and beverages. Highlight: an early breakfast is available on request for your mountain excursions.Our three-course dinner is served at 7.30 p.m. in the dining room and includes a first course, main course and dessert. Please note that our restaurant is open seasonally.

Please vacate your room by 10 a.m., because even the most beautiful adventures must come to an end. However, we hope it's only a temporary goodbye!
No amount will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking; it will simply be held as a guarantee. For certain periods, a deposit may be required. If you cancel your stay after the cancellation deadline, you will be charged the full amount. Bookings are not transferable to third parties.In the event of a late arrival or an early departure, the full cost of the booked stay will still be charged.
At Hotel Biancospino, we provide changing tables, baby baths, high chairs, night lights and bed rails free of charge. Simply request these items before your arrival.
If you wish to use our laundry service, please use the bags provided in your room and hand them in at reception (for a fee).
In winter, you can use our free shuttle bus service to the Alpe Palù ski lifts. It runs from Monday to Saturday, from 08:00 a.m. to 09:30 a.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (except during the Christmas and New Year period).

At Hotel Biancospino, you can park your car for free in the outdoor car park along the wall in front of the hotel. Alternatively, you can park in the covered garage for a fee. This has limited spaces and reservations are required.
